APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1.
Introduce your personal data.
Select the course of your choice.
Accommodation options will then appear.
Complete form and submit it.

2.
Once your application is approved, you will receive the course questionnaire and you will have to pay a $450 (USD) deducible deposit fee. When we receive this deposit, we will send you our letter of confirmation with the invoice. Your accommodation address and a Granada town map will be sent to you four weeks before the course starts. The remainder of the fees has to be paid four weeks before the course starts.

3. PAYMENT

With your confirmation email you will receive the address of your personal secure page where you can enter the details of your credit card.
B. Bank Swift
With your confirmation email you will receive the details of our bank account.
C. Bank or Personal Cheque
in Euros, US Dollars, Yens or Swiss Francs

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Age
The minimum age for all courses is 17 years.

Insurance
CEGRÍ provides a liability and accident insurance within its premises.
The Spanish Social Security treats European Union citizens free of charge provided they show their European Sanitary Card or health insurance papers.
Citizens from other countries must take an international health insurance valid for Spain. General travel insurance is highly advisable.
We also strongly recommend students to obtain an International Student Travel Card (ISIC) for additional services and discounts.

Cancellation
Cancellation must take place in written form, either by registered letter, telegram, fax or e-mail. There will be no cancellation fee should we receive your cancellation up to 30 days before the beginning of the Course (only Bank transfer charges will apply).

If we receive your cancellation 29 days until no later than 8 days before the beginning of the Course, a cancellation fee of $ 450 (USD) will apply as not refundable.

If you cancel 7 days until no later than the day before the beginning of the Course you will be invoiced for 50% of four weeks Course and Accommodation costs.

Should you cancel on the day the Course starts, you will be invoiced for 100% of four weeks Course and Accommodation costs.

Early departure
CEGRÍ does not refund fees, under any circumstances, for either Course or Accommodation to a participant leaving the School before the Course ends.
